The price you see listed is the price you pay (plus tax where applicable*). In most cases there is no additional shipping charge. "No extra charge for shipping" or "Free shipping" applies to orders shipped within the continental United States only.

We've made an effort to include shipping times in the description of every product. Some products will take longer to ship from the manufacturer because they are made when they are ordered. In some cases items will be back ordered and will take longer than expected. When items are backordered we will contact you to let you know the time frame for delivery. In such cases you can check the status of your order by contacting customer service and supplying your name and order number.

At this time we are not offering expedited shipping or insurance coverage on shipments on standard orders. Expedited shipping is available upon request but the additional cost will be added to your order. Please contact customer service for expedited shipping prices.

If an item is damaged during shipping please call the manufacturer or distributor.

*If you live in Virginia you will also have to pay 5% state tax. No other taxes will be applied to your order.
